A short while ago David Cameron announced, from outside Downing Street, the date of the EU referendum: Thursday, June 23rd, 2016. He stated that following his "deal", secured late last night,
"I will be campaigning with all my heart and soul to persuade the British people to remain in the reformed European Union."
"We are stronger, safer and better off inside this reformed European Union."
Some of these words seem vaguely familiar, have they been used before?
The PM is expected to make the formal announcement to Parliament on Monday.
